Do you want to sell your handmade items? PGHW is setting out on a new adventure, craft fairs!

If you are interested in selling at our craft fairs, there are a few things you need to know. All the information and guidelines for sales can be found here. Please read this before you proceed to filling out the form.

Craft Show Information/Rules

By filling out the form below, your name will be added to a list and sellers will be chosen from the top of the list for each show as it approaches. After you participate in that show, your name will be shifted to the bottom of the list as we cycle through all the sellers.

For your convenience, we have also attached a “fillable pdf” W9 form we require for anyone selling goods through PGHW. You will not receive payment from PGHW until this form is filled out and on file with our treasurer.
