Join award winning felter, Marcie Ziskind, and create a one-of-a-kind scarf using felting techniques to embellish a silk scarf. This will result in a lightweight, beautiful covering for all occasions and anytime of the year. You will be so proud of yourself!
Here is the supply list you need to bring:
-bubble wrap (at least 2″ larger than silk fabric all the way around)
-small water bucket -mild dish soap
-(2) towels -water sprinkler (can be made from plastic bottle with holes on top)
-pvc pipe or swim noodle, approx. 3-4″ diameter and 3 feet long
-3 to 4 oz. merino roving in compatible colors to the silk
-silk gauze or chiffon, no larger than 22″ x 71″
