Come join Sara Robbins and learn the art of basketry. No experience is necessary to make this handsome and functional basket. Use it for storing yarn,
fleece, roving, books, anything you like.
The finished basket measurers approximately 14” across x 9” deep x 11” tall with the feet.
In this class you will learn how to square the bottom of your basket; weave an over/under
pattern; keep your sides straight and your corners square or to shape it more rounded if you
choose, and lash on a rim. You will not be staining the basket in class, but I will explain to you
how it is done. Handouts and pattern instructions will be provided.
