Learn to Crochet with Valerie Ciliberti!

You will learn and practice the basic crochet stitches–chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet. You will learn how to crochet in rows by creating swatches of each stitch and will receive a simple pattern to take home with you to create your first crochet project.
Materials to bring to class:
– Worsted weight yarn in a light color so you can see what you are doing
– Size G/ 7/ 4.5mm crochet hook. Size H / 8 / 5.0mm is also suitable. There are many styles of crochet hook available. In the long run, it’s important to find one that is comfortable for your hand, but to get started the most basic hook is suitable.
