Join PGHW members, Valerie Ciliberti and Iyana Stadler on Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 10 am – 1 pm and learn tom felt your own unique piece of fabric art.

Cost: Members = $65 Non-members = $90
With animal fiber, water, soap and some form of agitation, you can produce a solid and unique piece of fabric. The possibilities for design–and for what you can do with the fabric you produce–are endless. Join Iyana Stadler and Valerie Ciliberti to get started with this fascinating and magical art form. You’ll create a piece of felt and explore many options for embellishing it or using it as material for further creations.
Students should bring:
Towel
Medium-size bowl or pot (1 qt)
Some dish detergent or olive oil soap
Roving and additional supplies will be provided but if you have roving you’d like to use, feel free to bring it.
