Is Saturday, December 16 from 11-1. If this is a busy time, as it tends to be, can you let me know if you will be at this meeting? If there isn’t a big turnout, I may cancel it as there is so much going on and we can wait until January and possibly make a session up.
Many ideas have come from this group and I hope to get a yarn experiment learn along going in the new year too. We would need many warpers to wind different cottons on looms to experiment with different manufacturers. This is still in the works so we can discuss this.
We have started warping the loom in a way that may not be familiar to many weavers. If you are interested in learning this technique, which is one way to get many colors on the loom and saving time in winding the warp, you may want to participate. As we progress, we all hope to learn many other ways to warp a loom because we all know that if there’s one way to do something, there’s 10 more ways!!
So please let me know about the December meeting and if you will be there or not.

Yes I can make it on 12/16, at 11am -1pm. And, yes I am interested in experimenting with yarn types and want to do more warping and dressing the loom.

I would like to be there, but it is a funky anniversary that always plays with my head. It may be exactly what I need, it may be something I can’t handle. I truly won’t know until that day.
It is both my dad’s birthday, and the day my mom died. Fun times!
